Five Factor System Inspection
With our comprehensive five factor inspection, we cover every aspect of your system, make sure everything is in peak working order, and if necessary, offer a fair price on any steps needed for repairs or replacement.
Five Factor System Inspection:
1. Solar Panel & Battery Hardware Review
Firstly, we will do a complete review and clean-up of your system, including: checking your panels for any damage; performing a cleaning to remove any built up dust, debris, and animal nesting; reviewing and securing fixtures and fittings, and more.
2. Efficiency Analysis
We will analyze your system output, per panel, and go over your monitoring system to make sure they are in good working order and to help identify any issues.
3. Inverter Inspection
We will go over your inverters operating condition as well as the fans and heat sinks to make sure the overall integrity of your energy generating system is in prime condition.
4. Ground to Rooftop Wiring & Conduit Coverage
We check all communication back and forth between any panels, junction boxes, and all conduits within your system from those at the ground level to those on top of your roof.
5. Communication
Communication is an integral value at our company. Keeping our customers informed, whether through installation, repair, or inspection, is a high priority. At the end of the inspection, we will offer information on our findings & next steps, if any, and quote a good price for any repairs that are recommended.
Routine Cleaning Services
Solar panels rarely require maintenance, but routine cleaning and maintenance to clean dust and debris, check for bird and animal habitats, and other unexpected factors can be useful in keeping your system running at max efficiency.
Yearly Plans
Ditch the worry and take of your whole year with our service plans. With our Premium Yearly Plan, we will: offer two cleanings, one at the beginning of Summer and one at the end of Summer; our five factor system inspection; & discounts on any additional cleanings or inspections that you may request.
(R&R) Remove & Reinstall Solar Panels
Sometimes solar panels need to be temporarily removed from rooftops to facilitate construction, roof repair, or any other projects the homeowner may have come up. If you are renovating your home, replacing your roof, or for any other reason need your panels temporarily removed, we will come and take them down and store them for you. We will remove and reinstall any system, even those we did not originally install.
